Y’all this last year has been rough! As things finally seem to be going back to “normal”, I can look back and really appreciate some of the people and things that got me through that difficult stretch. Beading was one thing that gave me an “escape” and bought me a lot of peace. For me there is something really calming about the repetitive motion…the way it allows me simultaneously stay busy and zone out 😊 Do you have a hobby or practice you use to calm yourself?⁠
