“SWEATER” WEATHER

Fall is here! Some of my favorite things about fall are: crisp air, leaves changing colors, pulling out my boots, toffee nut lattes (nah, I don’t do pumpkin spice) and “sweater weather”. Since I spend most of my time in the studio (and not in a corporate office), my “sweater weather” is actually more like “sweatshirt season”.

The temperature finally cooled off enough for me to wear one of my favorite sweatshirts this week. It’s a black Basquiat sweatshirt that I got a few years ago at Forever 21 in the Men’s section. Kinda random, huh? I doubt that I’d be able to find another one so I wear it sparingly and wash it with care.

Here are a few other sweatshirts I have my eye on.  Can you tell I am a sucker for a cute catch phrase? Throwing on a sweatshirt with skinny jeans or leggings (the good kind, not the see through ones) and a nice pair of boots is my go-to look for fall. Topping it off with a floppy brim hat is like adding icing on the cake.
