It’s Monday!

I am excited about Thanksgiving. My cookbooks are out and I am hunting for recipes for “beans, greens, potatoes, tomatoes”.  (If you haven’t heard about the Shirley Caesar challenge meme, that one may have gone over your head).

As I search for food recipes, I am reminded of a recipe that I want to share with you. It’s a recipe for happiness, and the great thing about this recipe is that you already have all the ingredients you need. Please try it and let me know how it turns out for you.
